About me

My professional life is driven by a passion for education and entrepreneurship. I began my career as a teacher but soon seized the opportunity to work abroad, specifically in Hong Kong and England, where I gained valuable experiences in communication and intercultural management.

Upon my return to the Czech Republic, I entered the world of business and management, where I delved into areas such as sales, strategy development, and team leadership.

The year 2020 marked a significant milestone for me. I founded Dialect, a translation and language agency, which has become a renowned provider on the European market thanks to its individualized approach and innovative technologies. This venture opened doors to the world of international business and entrepreneurship.

Today, alongside my business endeavours, I am dedicated to supporting and fostering others. As a trainer, consultant, and personal coach, I specialize in helping individuals, teams, and companies reach their full potential. I offer my services through individual sessions, as well as group and corporate trainings, both in person and online.

I integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, enabling me to provide high-quality, relevant and efficient services to all my clients. My impact in education and business

Education has played a central role in my journey since my studies. I began my career as a teacher and English language trainer. Since 2016, I have been involved in corporate and professional education, with experience spanning various positions such as business manager, director, education coordinator, and project manager.

Throughout my career, I have actively studied and obtained certifications in PRINCE2 Project Management, QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), and professional coaching accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation).

I have worked with many national and international institutions and organizations. In 2020, I founded Dialect the translation agency, and later co-founded the non-profit organization, Dialect Academy, and the management academy, European Institute for Education (EIFE).

Besides my entrepreneurial endeavours, I remain actively involved in management and education. To date, I have provided consulting and coaching to dozens of companies and individuals. As a trainer, I have conducted over 1,500 hours of training for more than 100 companies.

Projekt MiniErasmus 2018, Future Generation Europe

Mr. Jiří Šebek lectured to high school students, who had the opportunity to experience university life for three days. The topic of the lecture was "Negotiation in Life and Work" and the session was hosted at the Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Informatics.
